I won't waste any language further describing the attack, I'm confident you're aware of it. I challenged her to prove this. Since her position was based on the concept of original intent, my challenge centered on that issue, i.e., I asked her to provide evidence based on writings from America's Revolutionary era to substantiate her claim. Spencer, Chief, Firearms Technology Branch, offers one of the more creatively restrictive assessments since  ATF declared a shoestring to be a machinegun .
