My Questions for the Current Anti-RKBA People (2022 06)

By  Scott Jensen

1)       If you get your piece of legislation passed, will you stop?

2)       Will you guarantee that you will go no further?

3)       What is your ultimate goal?

a)       Is it to "end 'gun-violence'"?

b)       Do you truly believe anyone can ever "end" or "prevent" evil?

i)        Yes?

(1)    HOW?

ii)      No?

(1)    Then, how much evil is acceptable to you?

4)       How many man-made laws will it take to "prevent evil" to your satisfaction?

5)       What evidence do you have that your legislation will accomplish your goal?

6)       Do you agree with:

a)       Sen Feinstein, "Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in."?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffI-tWh37UY

b)       Robert Francis O'Rourke, "Hell yes, we are going to take your AR-15…"?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0m0VhMCQhdk

c)       President Biden:

i)        "Eliminate gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability.  They’re the only outfit — (applause) — they’re the only outfit in the country that is immune."
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2022/04/11/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-jen-psaki-april-11-2022/

ii)      "…gun manufacturers have more immunity than any other American industry…"?
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2022/04/11/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-jen-psaki-april-11-2022/

iii)    "A 22 caliber bullet will lodge in a lung and we can probably get it out. Maybe [unintelligible] and save a life. A 9mm bullet blows the lung out of the body."?

7)       What is the definition of:

a)       Universal Background Checks?

i)        How can they be enforced without gun registration?

ii)      Will you guarantee gun registration will never happen?

iii)    Do you think gun registration should happen?

b)       Assault Weapon?

i)        What makes an “assault weapon” bad enough for you to ban them?

ii)      What makes them “worse” than any other semi-automatic rifle?

iii)    Will you guarantee that you will never request any other firearm or part be banned or “controlled” any further?

iv)     If you are successful in passing a man-made law to “ban” and even confiscate all of them, will that eliminate the EXISTENCE all them?

(1)    Is fentanyl banned?

(a)     How much fentanyl is currently pouring across our border with Mexico?

(2)    How will banning “assault weapons” yield different results than banning drugs?

(3)    How, EXACTLY, do you propose that ALL of them are taken and kept off “the streets”?

(4)    Door-to-door?

(5)    Through some sort of attrition or “buy back” program?

(a)     How can anyone “buy back” something they never had?

(b)    If the “assault weapons” are even half as bad as you claim them to be, why not get them ALL “off the streets” IMMEDIATELY – why wait?

v)       Will you “allow” any of them to be possessed by:

(1)    Police Departments?

(2)    Military?

(3)    Any other government agency?

(4)    The people protecting you?

vi)     Do you believe only government agencies should possess them?

(1)    If so, what makes THEIR “assault weapons” okay, but the rest are not?

vii)   Could it be that you do not truly believe it is the GUN itself that is dangerous, but instead it is WHO has them?

viii) What is the purpose of the Second Amendment?

(1)    Will you guarantee that ALL those government agencies will maintain ABSOLUTE control of ALL of them FOREVER?

(2)    Will you guarantee that NO government agency or employee will EVER misuse them?

(3)    Why are you okay with making it ILLEGAL for CITIZENS to possess them, but NOT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES?

(4)    Will you guarantee that NO government agency or employee will EVER go “rogue”?

(a)     How are the citizens to protect themselves and their families from any “rogue” government agency or employee that has an “assault weapon” and they do not?

ix)     Again, what is the purpose of the Second Amendment?

c)       Responsible?

d)       Adult?

i)        Do you agree a 20-year-old is responsible enough to:

(1)    Choose to sign a legally binding contract?

(2)    Be held legally responsible for committing murder?

(3)    Choose to vote?

(4)    Choose to drive?

(5)    Choose to get married?

(6)    Choose to buy a house?

(7)    Choose to start a family?

(8)    Choose how to best protect that family?

(9)    Choose to rent a car?

(10) Choose to rent a hotel room?

(11) Choose to smoke?

(12) Choose to drink alcohol?

(13) Choose to die to defend your freedom and that of your family?

(14) What magically happens to people the day they turn 21 that makes them responsible enough for you to "feel safe"?

(15) Will you guarantee that you will never attempt to raise the age limit ever again?

e)       Common sense?

f)        Gun Safety?

g)       Red Flag Law?

i)        If your child's teacher thinks you a danger because you have trucks that can run over dozens of people in a parade, should she be able to "report" you to the police and have a judge confiscate your trucks:

ii)      Without you even knowing about the "report"?

iii)    Without even having a formal charge brought against you?

iv)     Without even being able to face your accuser?

v)       Without even a chance to defend yourself?

vi)     Without a chance to have a public defender being assigned to you if you cannot afford one?

vii)   Then, once they take your trucks, you have to prove your innocence in order to get them back.

viii) And, IF you prove your innocence and get your trucks back, if you can even afford it, you have no legal recourse for being falsely accused or legal means to recoup your expenses and lost wages for being forced to prove your innocence?

ix)     And, while your trucks are in police custody, you have no means of transportation to make a living for you and your family (if the police confiscate your guns, they have also confiscated your means of protection for you and your family).

x)       Do you believe the judge assigned to your case (that you will never be allowed to see) will CORRECTLY determine your guilt or innocence without you being afforded a chance to defend yourself?

(1)    If you were a judge in that position, would you be likely to err on the side of the accuser “out of an abundance of caution” or risk being the person who allowed the next mass murderer to “keep his guns”?

xi)     And, if the person is SO dangerous, why not incarcerate them?

(1)    Why would you "allow" them to be in society and purchase a crock pot, fertilizer, gasoline, nails, etc?

xii)   That is what "Red Flag Laws" do to people.
