 Received via email tip:

"The integrity of our elections is under major attack.

"President Biden is filing lawsuits to strike down state election integrity laws BEFORE the impending midterm elections.

"We (Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ) JUST helped win a MAJOR victory in one of those lawsuits, but the fight is fierce. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. The stakes are just too high.

"The FBI interfered with the last election. Now Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Schumer are trying to force votes on bills to ban states from implementing voter ID laws and preventing fraud. They even want to force states to blindly mail out ballots to everyone.

"We filed an amicus brief on behalf of you and dozens of Members of Congress in federal court to defeat one of President Biden's lawsuits that was trying to create election chaos. The radical Left is actually trying to block a law that would have prevented essentially bribing people to vote. The court agreed with us, noting there is a long history of these kinds of insidious election shenanigans and fraud.

"The radical Left is trying to cause chaos. We're fighting in court to stop it.

"We're ready to go to the Supreme Court if necessary to protect the Constitution and the integrity of our elections. But time is running out."
