Colorado "Assault Weapons Ban" -- Draft Bill

We at the Colorado State Shooting Association (the NRA's state association) have obtained a draft copy of the transparently tyrannical "Assault Weapons Ban" that politicians are preparing to introduce in the Colorado State House.
It appears to have been copied from anti-gun snob Michael Bloomberg's wishlist. Provisions include the following.
1) $250,000 fine for a first-time offender.2) $500,000 fine for a second-time offender. 3) Bans most shooting competition rifles. 4) Bans most self-defense handguns.5) Bans most home-defense shotguns.6) Bans threaded barrels.7) Bans most modern hunting rifles.8) Much more.
If you think we're exaggerating, read the bill for yourself by clicking the "Read Bill" button below. It's as bad as you could possibly imagine.

To stop the gun-grabbers, we're going to sue the State of Colorado after this bill becomes law. And we need your help.CSSA's members are the backbone of our organization. They stand with us as together we fight for the rights outlined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and that are given to us by God. If you want to fight for freedom in Colorado, click the "Join CSSA Now" button and for just $5 a month, you can be part of the solution. If you are already a member, thank you. We are an all-volunteer board, so every dollar you have invested for your membership goes to fight for our rights. If you can, we are asking everyone to step up and donate additional funds to help us grow our lawsuit resources as we prepare to tell the anti-gun tyrants from Denver that our rights are inalienable. You can donate by clicking the "Donate Now" button below. Our Founding Fathers pledged their time, talent, and treasure to secure their rights and prevent an out-of-control government from infringing on their freedoms. Now it's our turn to do the same.
