  HB 100 - 14 Day Waiting Period to purchase a firearm!!!!! On Friday, February 17th, the House Judiciary Committee will be hearing both HB100 and HB101. HB100 would impose a 14 day waiting period for all firearm sales. HB101, would ban the sale of semiautomatic rifles, and .50 caliber rifles and ammunition.
